To update your user profile on the COBS platform, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your COBS account.
2. Click on your username in the top navigation bar to access the dropdown menu.
3. Select "My Profile" from the dropdown menu.
4. On your profile page, click the "Edit Profile" button.
5. Update your profile information:
   • Personal information (name, email, etc.)
   • Observer code (if you have one)
   • Location details (longitude, latitude, elevation)
   • Equipment details
6. Click the "Save" button to save your changes.

Keeping your profile up-to-date ensures that your observations are properly attributed.
