Accessing My Observations

To access your observations on the COBS platform, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your COBS account at https://cobs.si.
2. Click on your username in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. From the dropdown menu, click on "My Observations".

Viewing, Searching, and Filtering Observations

Once on the My Observations page, you'll see a table listing all your submitted comet observations.

You can filter or search the observations by:

1. Date range: Use the From date and To date fields at the top.

2. Search bar: Enter a comet name, magnitude, method, etc.

3. Column filters:

   • Comet name

   • Observation date

   • Method

   • Magnitude

   • Instrument details

   • Coma, tail, DC, etc.

Clicking on the small dropdowns or input boxes below each column header allows you to refine your results.

Final Tips

• Use the edit, delete, or chart icons in the Action column to manage each observation.

• Tail details and Position Angle (PA) appear when recorded.

• If no observations are visible, check the date range or filters.
